The client operates a scrap recycling business in their steel factory. When sorting materials, large pieces of scrap metal can be picked out and directly recycled with ease. However, there are often tiny metal pieces mixed in the waste that is difficult to sort.

Jiarun produces sophisticated material feeders to convey the material to the drum screen, which sorts the material according to their size and remove waste materials like sand and plastic. Then, a magnetic separator is used to remove the magnetic substances and the material will be run through an eddy current separator to collect nonferrous metals.
